Previously I've written about some of the emotional factors that are involved in weight loss. We #comfortfood junkies know all about that one, don't we? Either we did not form good eating habits during the weight loss process, or our #cravings for #food are being driven by our #emotions. Usually, re-gaining unwanted pounds is due to one of two factors. #Sustainable #weightloss can be even more difficult than the initial process of losing weight. We have to keep from gaining the weight back. After we finally shed those unwanted #pounds, we are faced with another difficult task.
